The criterion for the candidates who will be appearing for the Campus Drive will be as follows:

For Graduate and Diploma Engineer Trainees – Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical  the percentage criteria is above 65% and the Date of Birth for Graduate Engineer Trainees  should not be earlier then 1st July 2001 and for Diploma Engineer Trainees it should not be earlier then 1st July 2003. 

For Management Trainees – Sales the percentage criteria is above 65% and the Date of Birth for Management Trainees should not be earlier than 1st July 2000.

We will be offering a Monthly Stipend of Rs - 28000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 1 Lakh (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-1 Lakh will be paid after completion of one year) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).

 

A Monthly Stipend of Rs - 28000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs – 1 Lakh (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-1 Lakh will be paid after completion of one year) for Management Trainees (MT).

 

A Monthly Stipend of Rs - 21000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs - 5000/- (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs - 60000/- will be paid after completion of one year) for the Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET).

The selected candidates will undergo one year training on Monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions. After successful completion and review the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles.

We offer one of the best career development plans and Campus recruits are occupying senior positions. We offer MBA to Graduate Engineers and B. Tech to Diploma engineers through BITS Pilani after one year training period.
