This is in continuation of our discussions and proceedings regarding the campus interview by Amazon, which will be hosting by Farook College - Calicut on 2-Aug-2024 ( Friday ).

With immense pleasure, we announce the commencement of our Campus Hiring Season 2024, wherein we look forward to recruit some of the potential and best talented students from your institution as Data Associates / Content Writer – ADS (Alexa Data Services). We would like to hire graduates and post graduates preferably from English Literature / Mass Communication / Journalism / MBA / MCA / B- Tech / MSc (Only from 2023 & 2024 Passed out Batches) students with 6.0 CGPA/ 60% & above as aggregate and  at least 60% in 10th and 12th. ( No active / pending backlogs at the time of appearing the selection processes. )

Job Description

Work on various writing work types to train generative AI models.

Some examples of work types you might work on:

Rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model.

Based on a given topic, write a short story about that topic.

Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not.

Research and verify content quality based on Content Guidelines.

Approve or reject contents based on pre-defined guidelines and explain logical reasoning behind approve/reject decision.

Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy based on policy guidelines.

Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns.

Recommend generic pattern and findings to improve the content guidelines.

Use authoritative sources/external websites to validate catalog data when needed.

Offering remedial instruction in tool usage and other topics as required.

Maintaining high internal quality of the processes by performing quality audits/verification.

Providing specific & timely feedback to streamline existing processes and help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.

Act as SMEs for processes on the floor and work with project teams to test new SOP's for new work flow quality management tasks.

 

About the team

The Alexa Data Services (ADS) organization provides data creation, curation and analytics services to help develop, test and train the Alexa AI. We work closely with Amazon Machine Learning (ML) Science and modelling teams, providing the critical data they need to improve Alexa’s speech recognition system and language understanding capabilities.

 Role: Data Associates /Content Writer – Alexa Data Services ( ADS ).

 Experience: 0-1 yrs and 1-3yrs  

Note: This is a FTC (Fixed term contract) role for a period of 12 months and will converted/extended based on performance and business requirements.

Work Location – Chennai and Hyderabad (Relocation bonus will be given for candidates who are beyond 250 Kms from the work location).

CTC:

Fresher (0 to 1 yr) - INR 2.5 to 3 LPA

Experienced (1 to 4 yrs) - INR 3.5 to 5 LPA

Note:

Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Candidates who can join immediately or with a notice period of 15-20 days is preferred.

Relocation benefit will be provided for candidates who are relocating outside 250kms from the work base location.

Headsets / Good Quality Wired type ear phones with both listening and speaking enabled.
