Dear Sir,

Sutherland would like to thank you for your never-ending support and expecting to keep up this relationship for years to come. We wish to conduct a drive with your college for the next year pass out students.
Participating in this event not only allows us to identify potential candidates but also gives us the chance to share insights about our organization's culture, values, and the exciting projects we are currently involved in. We are committed to making this recruitment drive a mutually beneficial experience for both our organizations. For the students who are readily available to join, we would provide a confirmed offer letter & other students a LOI for a future date.

 Key Requirements

  *   FY’25 Students – Joining date would be provided well before joining.
  *   Bachelor’s degree/diploma
  *   Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  *   Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  *   Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
  *   Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
